It is pretty clear that the current form of government control of Cannabis makes things worse for the average person. These upside-down laws on health and freedom have been around almost 55 years and the drug war is beyond lost. We must find creative and innovative solutions to what enhances the ability to make sound decisions and focus on potential solutions to bounce back from decades of failures.
THC is a decarboxylation of THCA when heated, it is not what the plant makes. How can a legal definition be so distorted and unscientific? This thinking would be analogous to making grapes controlled by a law because they can be fermented into alcohol.

The Cannabis Sativa L. plant does not make delta-9 THC.
It is our responsibility to direct and control our own use of Cannabis Sativa L., not a government or corporation which have their own agendas that are absent of health. Companies have their own obligation, based on the Friedman doctrine, to focus primarily on shareholder value rather than social responsibilities like health care. Each of us are responsible for our own health and body. The free choice of which doctor or method of care is our own; we all have a Human Right to choose and learn about nutrition, medicinal plants, exercise, and mental care with the guides of expertise.
Cannabis has the power to eliminate or alleviate many ailments, such as cancers, Crohn’s disease, anxiety, pain, plaque on your teeth, help you digest your food better, maintain a healthier body and more. It mitigates parasites and deficiencies in the body. We must defend our Human Rights to repair the damage that has been done to our health and communities. Coincidentally, it appears the removal of Cannabis from our culture parallels, the degradation and devastation of our individual health, food systems, lifestyles, and our cultures, a planned and intentional dismantling of our wellbeing.

The government calls Cannabis a drug, but that doesn't make it a drug.
The foundation of the United States of America depended on the use of Cannabis Sativa L.; there is a reason the Mayflower carried seed on board during its voyage to the New World. It was grown on plantations for rope, paper, medicinal tonics, food, energy, and fiber products. The settlers in Jamestown even imposed fines on those who did not produce hemp in the early 1600’s.
Since heart disease, cancer and medical errors are often cited as the leading causes of death in the U.S., it is now the time to make these important changes and drastically reduce these tragedies.
There is something that worked in the past that could be implemented today, is to remove regulations and government laws, many of which have faults, and take responsibility. For example, there is a path to fostering competition and ensuring that producers and consumers have free choice by integrating a private insurance system.
the structure exists to provide the confidence and security necessary to secure an optimal opportunity for everyone to provide medicinal plants and food to themselves or for those that choose to benefit from the Cannabis Sativa L. plant.
The more we promote growing this plant throughout our farmlands, supporting and integrating with our food systems, the less of an issue so-called marijuana is going to be. If we continue to let the government distort definitions and corporations pull the strings, we will lose a critical part of nature and our health. It is clear that reincorporating Cannabis Sativa L. back into our American traditions will establish a healthier lifestyle.
