Plant Advocate / Regulatory Watch Dog

Business owner, urban farmer and eco-preneur. I have owned and run many businesses but I learned more about regulated industries by fighting the FDA and state Agencies than anything else. I have been arrested multiple times for this plant. Since age 15 i have been persecuted, and labeled a “Criminal” because i found the one thing that helped me Feel OK. This plant saved my life and i will never stop spreading the Good News about Gardening and Natural Remedies!

Biography

I was first arrested at age 15 for riding in my friends car and getting pulled over and i had a bowl with resin in my pocket and interrogated like i was a Terrorist. Not to mention being profiled and arrested to ticketed atleast 2 more times in the proceding years. Eventually i was pulled over by a hidden cop on a dark country road in Florida which lead to being incarcerated for almost 2 years again for… simple passion, not to mention years of probation and court costs totaling over 100K back in the early 2000’s.

After that i got in to the Vape industry and learn about manufacturing and regulation. The over Taxing and Rediculiious regulations Big Tobcco got the FDA to put in place force my company out of business.

Summary

Amendment 3 that just failed in Florida was very similar to the bill Virgina tried to pass two years ago, that I HELPED KILL… it gave the MSOs full state monopoly with ZERO COMPETITION. This is UnAmerican and anti-capitalistic, small farms are what built this country and any place like glasshouse doesn’t have enough people taking care of the plants, so the quality will and does suffer cause they have no competition, so the patient is hurt, the small farms are hurt cause they are left in the outside and wall st will make a lil money for a few years and then they will ruin it and sell it for parts, like is happening in Canada as we speak, we need to tie the farm bill to hemp/cannabis. No plants belong on schedule drug list, unless they only want pharma bros to have access to the business. It’s happened all over the US too and keeping it on the schedule drug list allows predatory business practices to continue, while the cartels are running half the grows in the country because of lack of accountability to legal capital and legit licensing.
